Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ecolush. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

How to start a return

Email us at ecolushbags@gmail.com or call 6380439981 with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we'll cover the shipping cost.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm the result. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear in your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, colour, or product, contact us and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability. Alternatively, you can return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your bank or card provider. If you still haven't received it, email us at ecolushbags@gmail.com.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
